Chef Jayson's Asian Grilled Salmon Infusion

Ingredients: Directions:

8oz. Portion of Skinned, De-boned Salmon
2oz. Brown Sugar
4 oz. Soy Sauce
1 oz. Pickled Ginger Finely Chopped
4 oz. Chilled Wakame Salad
3 Sheets Finely Julienne Wonton Crisps

 

Grilled salmon glazed in an Asian ginger soy reduction topped with wakame salad and fried wonton crisp.

Rub oil or butter on salmon to help from sticking. Grill fish on each side for approximately 5 minutes or to desired wellness.

In a separate pan, reduce soy sauce by 1/3 at medium heat and incorporate brown sugar and chopped ginger. Once cooled, place over salmon.

Add nice bed of wakame salad over salmon and finish off with fried wontons.
